I recently visited Lakme Salon in Tatya Tope Nagar for the first time. Initially, it was a bit difficult to find, but the signs on the lanes helped me locate it correctly. The salon was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. I decided to try a hair smoothing treatment, and it turned out really well. Sanjay, the hairstylist, did an excellent job. I also had waxing, a pedicure, and a face clean-up done, and all of them were skillfully executed. However, I found the prices to be slightly high. Comparable quality services can be found at a more reasonable cost elsewhere. Overall, the cleanliness and skill of the stylists are excellent. If you're willing to spend a bit more, I would recommend this salon.

If anything, my hair felt just as it did with my regular, more budget-friendly products. While individual results may vary, it's disappointing when a product falls short of its claims. In this case, cysteine failed to deliver the promised "special effect" on my hair. In conclusion, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend the Cysteine treatment for those seeking a noticeable impact on their hair. I have been visiting this salon for the second time for my global hair colour and there's a reason I cannot go back now! Such great hospitality, service and quality of service. I got my hair colored last year in December and it lasted an entire year, I got it done again this year and I LOVE MY HAIR!! You get the proper guidance, quality products so no damage to your hair and you will never be disappointed! If you need long lasting, quality results, this is the place.

I came for a hairwash and a blow dry, as it was an urgent marraige function. the complete salon was empty, but still their staff denied the service saying that we didn't have an appointment. I do understand taking an appointment is important,but there's something called basic etiquette. I'm a regular customer so I trusted this parlour, didn't expect this service from Lakme.
